We’ve had interested buyers express an array of ideas. It is also important to remember that this is a "soft close auction", meaning that if there is bidding activity in the final minutes before the end time, it will extend the bidding by 5 minutes. Allowing everyone a fair opportunity to bid.

It is very important for you to do your own due diligence before bidding. We are guaranteeing a “good title” or the option to negotiate a remedy to any matter that would potentially arise, or your deposit money back. This simply means that the title would be free and clear of liens. This does not cover any other past due balances that may exist because they were not placed as a lien previously. For example a past utility bill such as a water bill, however, of course on this property there are no public utilities. I can not give any guarantee but generally items such as this are found during the closing process if there even are any, and generally they can be negotiated or even eliminated in order for you to place that account into your name. The Seller is not liable for any matter of the kind. It is best to seek legal advise from an attorney on this matter if you have any questions or concerns.
