4 Properties and a Liquor License For Sale at Auction all on the same day! 

Liquor License and Properties will be offered as individual lots, as combined lots, and all together as one whole lot. The properties will ultimately be sold either whole, in part or in combination depending on the final outcome of the bidding. This will be determine by the highest and best offer and that has met the sellers reserve.

pennsylvania liquor license - (ONLY)

All Lot #1 Liquor License Bidders must be pre-qualified and properly registered in accordance with the "Terms and Conditions" for this lot in order to bid.

The following requirements must be met in order to be considered eligible to bid:

An affidavit must be completed, notarized and received by the Auctioneer prior to placing any bids on the Liquor License (this requirement stands for prospective liquor license buyers only) Please use the following red button to find the Affidavit. Print, notarize, and submit back to Sold@Biddynamic.com immediately. 

Bidders must deliver a "good faith" deposit of $5,000.00 to Dynamic Auction Group at the time of registration. Upon being declared the successful buyer this deposit will be applied to the sales agreement as a non-refundable "Earnest-money" deposit.

All other good faith deposits from Bidders who are not successful in winning the bid will be returned their deposit monies immediately following the auction within 5 days.  

(1)    I/We are the actual purchasers of the license and intend to proceed with the transaction via the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (PLCB) transfer process and are familiar with the same and all of the requirements thereof.
(2)    I/We agree that in exchange for the right to bid on the same, a deposit will be held in the amount of $5,000.00 in trust by Dynamic Auction Realty, LLC. If I/We are the successful bidder, the deposit shall become non-refundable.  If we are not the successful bidder, the deposit shall be returned in 5 business days.  In the event that the transfer of the license is denied or unable to be transferred in the allocated time, the deposit shall be retained by Dynamic Auction Realty, LLC as liquidated damages from the losses deemed to be incurred due to the lost revenue of the failed transfer and remarketing.  In the event of the timely successful completion of the transfer, said deposit will be applied to the purchase price.
(3)    I/We understand that any of the following, or any other rule or requirement of the PLCB, could prohibit the successful transfer of the subject license and assume said risk:
a.    The applicant has not reached the requisite age.
b.    The applicant has provided incorrect, misleading or incomplete answers to interrogatories on forms incident to the application for the license.
c.    The applicant has been denied a certificate or license or has had an existing certificate or license revoked, suspended or not renewed when requested in another state, territory or possession of the United States, or in the District of Columbia, or the Canadian provinces.
d.    The applicant has violated any section of the Commonwealth laws for which violation the PLCB has the authority to revoke, suspend or refuse to renew a license in force.
e.    The applicant does not possess the professional competence and general fitness required to own or manage the license.
f.    The applicant has pleaded guilty, entered a plea of nolo contendere or has been found guilty of a felony in a court of competent jurisdiction, or has pleaded guilty, entered a plea of nolo contendere, or been found guilty of criminal conduct which relates to the applicant’s suitability to own a license.
g.    The applicant has unpaid and overdue amounts owing to the Commonwealth or any subsection thereof.
